Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs is calculated according to the weight of package and shipping destination. You may check the cost of shipping before completing your purchase. Simply add items to your cart and click on "shipping estimator".

We offer Free Shipping for orders $75 or more. Please note that Free Shipping applies to the lower 48 states only. All Items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS within the contiguous United States. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

If you would like to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please select appropriate country. For example, select United States (AK) for Alaska and United States (HI) for Hawaii. Select United States for other 48 states. Additional fee may apply to remote areas of Alaska. Please email us at info@shopbestorganic.com if you have any questions.

Delivery Times:
37 business days within the contiguous U.S.(week-ends excluded).< br> 510 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii (week-ends excluded).
Orders placed on Friday are usually shipped the following Monday
We do not ship to PO Box or International addresses.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to bad weather.

Packaging:
Orders containing pet products, body care products or clothing items will be packaged and shipped separately.

Damages
Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at 619-303-6266 or by email at Please contact us at info@shopbestorganic.com within 24 hrs. Please contact us before shipping any returns. We will not accept returned damaged goods if we have not been contacted prior to shipping returns.

Return Policies:
We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at 619-303-6266 before shipping any returns.

Shop Best Organic will accept returns within 15 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Requests for product returns must be made by email to info@shopbestorganic.com. Shipping charges are your responsabilities.

Full amount will be refunded within 7 days. Refund to be made to the customer's name mentioned in the original invoice.
